Hey, I'm Jason.

I've been teaching vinyasa yoga to teachers and students around the world for twenty years. Creating effective and accessible sequences is one of my favorite parts of teaching. 

 

This e-book is a compilation of sequences I've created for our blog over the past 8 years. There's a little bit of everything -- an energizing morning sequence, a sequence for low back pain, and peak pose sequences that leads to arm balances and inversions.
