Does this sound familiar?

  • You feel pressure to come up with new and creative yoga sequences all the time and it's burning you out.

  • You'd love to deepen your anatomy knowledge so that you're absolutely sure you're creating safe, effective sequences.

  • You need help balancing alignment cues with the rhythm and movement of vinyasa yoga.

  • You wonder if your students are making progress and learning from your approach to sequencing.

What would change for you if...

  • Had a Master Sequencing Template that made class-planning a breeze.

  • Had a system for applying this template to your monthly curriculums, class series', and workshops.

  • Knew how to identify your inner obstacles and your big picture goals -- so that your sequences felt structured and authentic to you.

  • Knew how to create safe, effective sequences for every pose category.

My guess is you would feel...

Confident in your ability to attract more students.

  • You've already taken my course on glo -- The Art of Yoga Sequencing

Hey -- I'm Jason.

I've been teaching vinyasa yoga to teachers around the world for nearly two decades. One of the most common challenges that I see teachers struggle with is sequencing.

The problems most yoga teachers face fall into one of two camps:

Either they haven't been taught to create logical, progressive sequences in their foundational teacher training programs.

Or they feel pressure to constantly create new and different sequences, day-to-day, week-to-week, often at the expense of being consistent with your students. This leads to teacher burn-out.

This program was born from years of experience solving common sequencing challenges. When you finish it, you will understand the anatomical foundations for safe, successful sequencing that feels authentic and makes a positive impact on the lives of your students.

There has never been a better time to step out of your comfort zone and refine your skills as a teacher.

Start today and you will:

  • Get on the path toward deepening your knowledge of yoga anatomy and sequencing.
  • Save time by systematizing your class-planning -- and spend more time practicing instead.
  • Study from the comfort of your home and absorb the information at your own pace.

Ask yourself - Where do you want to be

1 month from now? 6 months? 1 year?

Do you have a plan to get there?

"I am so pleased to have signed up. I've wanted to train with Jason for so long but never made it to triyoga when he was there. I loved how Jason is so down to earth and practical and I felt knowledge transferred really well. Everything was very clear and the training made me feel great. I also enjoyed the Q&As with the other yogis, brilliant!"

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm not sure I can make it to the live Zoom calls. Is that OK?

Can I get continuing education credits (CE) for Yoga Alliance from this course?

Is all of the teaching done via Livestream?

No, the bulk of the course is delivered through pre-recorded videos. We deliver our courses this way for two reasons: First, it gives you the flexibility to move through the content on your own timeline. Second, it allows you to join from a different time zone. And third, it ensures high quality video and no interruptions -- the last thing we want is for you to experience a disruption in the internet connection during a class or lecture!

However, Jason does conduct live calls via Zoom on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00am-1:30pm Pacific time. This allows you to ask questions.

Do I have to complete the course over one weekend?

No, we are providing access to this course until April 6th, 2021.

What is your refund policy?
