"Improving my teacher training

programs is one of the few things

in my life I’m truly obsessed with..."

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS...

This program is designed to be flexible and practical:

There are three modules of 100-hours each.

You can take one module or do all three to

become a 500-hour RYT.

AND WHO IT'S FOR...

  • Yoga teachers and students seeking an expert-level education

  • Yoga teachers looking to uncover a teaching path that is true to you.

  • Students of every lineage who want more depth, skill and inspiration in their practice.

A high quality online education requires a teacher who is organized, deeply knowledgeable,

and truly able to connect.

WHY TRAIN WITH JASON?

  • Experience

Jason has 20+ years of experience teaching yoga and 10+ years experience teaching yoga online.

WHAT STUDENTS ARE SAYING

Each time I study with you, Jason, I come away feeling excited that I have learned so much that I can’t wait to share with my students.

This course has been the most informative and valuable training I have ever undertaken.

Your guidance around sequencing and the master sequence template are invaluable. The last few lectures on sequencing have shed so much light on a subject that has always seemed so mysterious and unfathomable to me – once again I thank you for this.

Radha Sharma

Developer

I am so grateful that this module was virtual, as I was able to pause videos to write things down, and repeat them when I felt like I didn’t catch something! That is SUPER helpful for someone with a learning style like mine.

I truly feel like things which previously felt like they didn’t “stick” have now been internalized in my mind and body, and I am stoked about that!

It’s like finally things clicked!

JACKIE DOMINAS

HEY, I'M JASON.

I’ve been teaching yoga for over 20 years, teaching everywhere from local studios around the  globe to providing trainings at the world’s most prestigious yoga conferences and events.

More importantly for this particular training, I’ve been a pioneer in online teaching and training for nearly a decade and I've learned to incorporate best practices for online learning from online educational specialists.

I’m not rushing from behind to get my trainings online like so many others -- I’ve been honing this process for years.

Over the decades, I’ve continued to refine and improve the way I train, guide, and support teachers in my advanced trainings.

I prioritize critical thinking skills, the integration of modern sports science with ancient understanding in asana technique, and creating a lasting community of peers.

In addition to teaching layers and layers of sequencing, I focus on helping teachers develop compelling and comprehensive curriculums for their students. My bachelor’s in Philosophy and years of studying yoga philosophy helps me communicate the essence of the yoga tradition in a clear, honest, and accessible way.

Most importantly, I work to ensure that you are seen, supported, and educated in a comprehensive way -- helping you develop your career as a teacher and make a positive impact on YOUR students.

  • Pause, Rewind, Replay

If you're too saturated to absorb a lecture, you can pause the video, take a moment,  and return at your own pace.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE:

1. Daily 3-Part Morning Yoga Practice

Your mornings will begin with a 15-30 minute guided meditation, allowing you to settle into your body, calm your mind, and set the tone for the rest of your training day.

From there, you'll move into a strong, comprehensive vinyasa practice lasting between 90-120 minutes. Your practice will conclude with a 20-30 minute seated meditation, guided Savasana, yoga nidra, or pranayama.

Note that these practice sessions are pre-recorded to allow you to do them according to your own timezone.

2. Focused, In-Depth Lectures

Each day, you'll receive 2-3 hours of lectures covering teaching methodology as it relates to that module. Topics include: sequencing, creating a curriculum, functional anatomy, injury management, yoga philosophy, and business development.

Lectures are pre-recorded to allow you to watch them according to your timezone.

3. 12 Group Live Calls with Jason

Each day we will have an average of 2 hours a day of live call connection. This will give our community time to practice, share, and inquire together.

Replays will be made available if you cannot attend a live call.

4. Access to a Private Facebook Group

The Facebook group is a place for you to connect with other students, share wins, and ask questions.

5. A Comprehensive Manual

Each module has its own downloadable and printable PDF manual to reinforce the teachings in the course and keep you organized. As a bonus, I'm also providing all participants with the foundational teacher training manual that I use in 200-hour trainings.
